To help us provide an accurate quote and ensure your artist can fully visualize your idea, please include the following details in your enquiry.
1. Tattoo Description
Please provide a detailed description of your idea. Try to be as clear as possible and describe all the necessary aspects you want included in the design.
2. Reference Images
If possible, include some reference images or sketches. This helps us determine the style you like and, together with your description, allows the artist to better visualize the overall concept.
3. Placement Photo
Please send a clear, picture of the area where you would like to get the tattoo. This is essential for the artist to create a design and composition that suits the layout and shape of your body perfectly (For best results, please use a straight-on angle).
4. Size
Describe the approximate size you would like the tattoo to be (in inches or centimeters). Alternatively, you can roughly mark the edges of the desired area directly on your placement photo.
5. Skin Considerations
Please advise us if you have any existing tattoos in that area, or any moles, scars, or skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema. This information is important as it may require us to alter the design, layout, or composition to ensure the best result.

All quotes are provided individually. Pricing is based on the design idea, description, size, placement, style, and overall complexity of the piece.
Things to Know Prior to Your Appointment
1. Skin Prep (Elbows & Knees) If you are getting tattooed on your elbow or knee area, please apply moisturizer to that area for 1–2 weeks before your session. This helps soften the skin, making it much easier to tattoo and providing a better result.
2. Sun Safety If you are planning a holiday before your session, please be extra careful to avoid a sunburn on the area to be tattooed. We cannot tattoo sun-damaged skin due to the high risk of infection and trauma. Arriving with a sunburn will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your deposit.
3. Fuel Your Body Make sure you get a good night's sleep the night before and eat well before your appointment. This gives your body the energy it needs to handle the procedure comfortably. You are also more than welcome to bring snacks and drinks with you!
4. Clothing Please dress comfortably in clothing that makes the tattooed area easily accessible. Pro-tip: We recommend wearing dark colors—ink can sometimes splatter and is nearly impossible to wash out, so please think twice before wearing your favorite white t-shirt!
5. ID Requirements Finally, please remember to bring a valid photo ID with you. By law, you must be 18+ to get a tattoo.
Deposits
1. Deposits & Booking
To book your session, a 25% deposit is required prior to the booking. This amount will be deducted from your final price on the day of your tattoo.
2. Why is a deposit necessary?
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit doesn't just secure your date; it also protects our artists' time, covering their schedule, preparation, and the hours spent on your custom design work.
3. Rescheduling Your Session
We understand that things happen and plans can change! If you need to move your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 5 days' notice. With this notice, we can easily reschedule your session to a new date and carry your deposit over.
4. Respecting the Schedule
Out of respect for our artists and other clients, an appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times. We feel this is a fair balance for everyone involved; however, rescheduling more than twice will result in the loss of your original deposit, and you will be asked to pay a new one to secure a future date.
